Shipping Policy 

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world.

Where does Comfort Life ship to : Ship to 76 countries. (As long as you can place the order successfully, it can be shipped to your address.)

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping time: Average Shipping time is 4-12 days.  In some cases it may take up to 14 days.  We source products and work with vendors from all over the world and we ship world wide so shipping may vary at times.  We have free shipping world wide ALWAYS!  

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Returns Policy  

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team at info@comfortlife-shop.com within 7 days of purchase to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund. (NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify) .

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receiving the product, we are sorry to can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

General Returns: Comfort Life accepts returns for most products within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The customer should to pay return shipping for the item(s).

Window extension : We may extend the return period during certain periods of the year such as holidays between December 20th and January 4th by 7 to 10 days.

Refund Process: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned product. The time it takes for the refund to reflect on your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
